The location here is awesome - it's close to a golf course, great restaurants, and even movie theaters. Everything was top-notch, definitely planning to choose this place again next time! 🌟

Beautiful spacious hotel for celebrating anniversary. Pleasant view and great and convenient location just next door to the restaurant which was all the way on the other side of the resort and common areas and Ballantyne for a work conference. Also, close to everything.

The room I booked was newly remodelled with queen beds and a spa-like bathroom, as for instance. The location seemed marvellous and beautiful to the bartender to the staff at restaurant.

My bed was very high, unfortunately.

This place offers rooms with balconies and lovely views, comfortable bedding, and a huge variety of delicious meal options.

Smooth and quick check-in process, room was clean and had a nice touch with chocolate covered strawberries. Two bathrooms and a balcony were a great bonus! The location here is ideal, and the breakfast spread was amazing - so many delicious options to choose from 🍓.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the newly renovated room. It was equipped with central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV. The beds with down pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a wonderful and beautiful location, close to the restaurant and the real Ballantyne on the other side of the resort.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a variety of options available. The deluxe king room had nice bathrooms. The location was stunning and absolutely perfect.

The location was marvellous as for me. The property was set in a very green area. The service offered was excellant, the room was neat and silent with a spa-like bathroom and a lovely view over the back course, as example. The breakfast offered good choice of excellent meals.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxury hotel in Charlotte for a conference, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and a focus on making my stay memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and a calming atmosphere. The rooms are lovely, and the bed was so comfortable that I looked forward to getting into it every night. The pillows were like sleeping on clouds, and I had the best night's sleep in ages. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, from promptly bringing me utensils and napkins when room service forgot to include them, to catering to my nut allergy and providing me with a freshly baked cookie and personalized dessert. The spa was a luxurious sanctuary, and the lavender massage was one of the best I've ever had. The fitness center had everything I needed for my workout and was open 24 hours, which was convenient. I also appreciated the hotel's focus on confidentiality, as they treated every guest with the same level of respect and made every effort to make us feel special. my stay at this luxury hotel was amazing, and I highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Downtown Charlotte. The rooms are modern, recently renovated, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bathrobes.

Everything was simply amazing. We were in Charlotte for 3 days, had fairly nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and convenient location to SouthPark mall. The breakfast was incredible, the check in was easy.
